The Pet Assure Program

1) My vet is listed as non-participating. How can I invite them to join?

Simply click the red “Invite this vet to join Pet Assure” button on your veterinarian’s web listing. Enter your zip code here to find the vet you want to invite:


2) I do not see my vet on your website at all. How can I add them?

If you searched for a practice by zip code and cannot find their record, use the link on the bottom of the page that says “Don’t see your vet?”


3) The “Invite this vet to join Pet Assure” button is not working for me.

4) I need a temporary card to visit my vet right away.

Login to your account (or create an account using your membership ID) and under the ‘Membership Information’ tab select “Print Card.”


5) I didn’t get my card in the mail

You card is mailed via USPS and should arrive within 3-10 business days. If you still haven’t received your card after 15 business days, please call us at 888-789-7387 and we will send another one immediately. Remember, you can always login to your account to print a temporary ID card until your actual card arrives.


6) Is my membership active?

Lookup your membership status by entering your member ID and home zip code here: validate


7) Where are the claim forms?

There are none! Pet Assure is a discount plan and not insurance. Your discount is applied to your bill at time of your visit.


8) What pets can i include on my plan?

Any pet can be enrolled in Pet Assure, regardless of type or breed. A small animal plan can be used for a cat, ferret, chicken, rabbit, or even snake. A large animal plan can be used for a dog, horse, or farm animal kept as a pet. A family plan can include a mix of large and small animals.


9) I didn’t get my pet tags

Just login to your account after you enroll to get access to the exclusive savings from PetCareRx and Rover. Pet Assure Members receive:


10) The vet I visited didn’t honor my card.

Please call us at (888) 789-7387 (7am EST – 6pm EST). Please have a copy of your bill ready when you call. If needed, we will contact the veterinary practice to resolve any issues.


11) How do I cancel?

You can return your membership card to Pet Assure to cancel your plan. Simply mail the card using certified mail to:

Or, cut the card in half and email a picture to customercare@petassure.com. If you have a monthly account and are close to your billing date, you can call to let us know that you are sending back the card, so as to avoid any further charges.
